Rome, 1986
My photographic practice began as a necessity as much as a passion. I work exclusively with analogue photography, embracing imperfection as an essential part of the process. For me, photography is a way of observing the elusive and often incomprehensible beauty of reality—a tool for seeking out fleeting moments of authenticity and raw truth.
Through images that can be ironic, unexpected, or quietly revealing, I document my journeys as an observer. My work moves between urban, anthropological, and domestic landscapes, exploring everyday life in its many forms. At its core, my photography is an ongoing attempt to capture the extraordinary within the ordinary, allowing life to unfold naturally in front of the lens.
